Spectral Comparison EQ | Can Reaper do that?

In November 2019 music software company Steinberg released the latest version of their DAW, Cubase Pro 10.5. With the release of this version, some new features were introduced. One of those features is what Steinberg calls the Spectral Comparison EQ.

In this video, I explain what the Spectral Comparison EQ is and what it is for. And I also discuss if it is possible to somehow do the same with Reaper as is possible with this new Cubase feature.
