Splice | Should you get into that?

To create music you need sounds. One thing you can do is use samples.
Some people may frown upon the idea of using samples in music; some might consider it to be “stealing” other people’s work.

So is it stealing? Should you use samples? And should you use platforms like Splice to get sounds to use in your productions?
